Brief

I planned and designed monthly electronic direct mails (EDMs) to determine the best strategies and content based on its key metrics for the brand, Wonderland Botanicals.


Using Mailchimp as our email platform to publish and analysize the data, overall bounce rates were reduced, with the best results achieving a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 2x and a 4% CTR (Click-Through Rate).

Types of testing included the type of product shots, CTA button designs, when the EDMs were sent, product titles, copy, layout designs, etc.
